Hiya!

I know, I know, it’s been a while, and if you read my previous post you’ll totally understand why.

Anyhow, here I am, with a quick update on life, the universe and podcasting!

Once upon a lifetime ago I used to work in radio. I was invited to write scripts, and did so, as the writer I’ve always considered myself in being. I remember very clearly that first time I was put in front of a microphone. I didn’t ask for it nor did I want it and my voice got quieter and quieter. Shyness I didn’t even know I had erupted into my being and mirrored a part of myself I had never met before… but this is a lifetime ago.

For the last few months I have relived those times and gotten the very strong itch to get behind a microphone again. Helping me scratch that itch has made me a very honoured  guest in different podcasts. Here are the links so you can listen to them at your convenience!

The Heavy Flow – If you don’t know this podcast, you need to, now! I have learned so much from Amanda Laird I blush at the ignorant me before listening. Here I speak on Self Intimacy, sex after kids and all sorts of wonderful fun things!

The Parenting Show with Pina Crispo – I have been honoured to be a guest twice on this very popular show with an incredibly talented woman. The first time I spoke on Sex during pregnancy and post partum.  The second time I spoke about the importance of a rounded Sexual Education for kids (and I had both toddler dragons with me, so you might catch a phrase or two by them…)

Women’s March Canada – Invited me to be a guest on their Vlodcast to #talkaboutsex. Of course we spoke about so much more!

You’ve Got This, Mama – Sabrina Greer has created a podcast to go with the village she believes all mamas need in the modern world. Sex before kids, after kids, pelvic floor health, post partum and lots of fun stuff…

Sam Core Trainer – Did a few Facebook Lives with me. In this one we mostly spoke on how to keep the “spark alive” in a relationship after many many years.
