Each program will include:
A first assessment of child (children) and parent’s health history and food habits.

This program is designed-to-fit. You can decide how many one hour sessions you want. It may be four, six or twelve!

After our first chat you will decide if you want them every week, or every other week. where we will work together, side by side, to give your child the most nutritious, delicious food possible.

Your personalized program could also include:
Additional support via email and/or text message.
Handouts, readings, and links to various videos, articles and books relevant to your program.
Guideline to eating healthy on a budget.
Healthy recipes and meal planning advice.
A hands on cooking class in your home or mine (in-person or via video conference).
Product advice and recommendations (high chairs, tools, utensils, etc).

We can either meet in person (if you’re local to Toronto), or via online video conference. Prior to the consultation, you will need fill out a questionnaire to tell me a bit about yourself and your goals. The consultation will last approximately 45-50 minutes, which will give you enough time to get an idea of how I work and whether we will be a good fit to continue the work together.
